Currently, orders can take 1-4 business days to process before shipping.

3. Do you offer same day local delivery?

No, sorry. The best we can do is we can sometimes ship same day for local

delivery and next day. We also offer local pickup from our warehouse

Yes! To begin this process, please email us a spreadsheet that contains shipping

addresses (columns for Name, Address, City, State, Zip). Product detail,qty,size

No, Any type of fee should be not deducted if the order was placed with our site

and not collected any return or exchange fees from our customer.

7. When will I receive my refund?

When we received your parcel on our warehouse immediately we will refund you.

Please note, it can take 3-5 business days for a refund to credit back to your

8. My package arrived damaged, what should I do?
